Music of Life: Teknaf to Tetulia

Year 2019 will be always memorable to be because i got the opportunity to execute the very popular bangla phrase 'Teknaf theke Tetulia' and all these traveling experiences started from chittagong-Coxbazar-teknaf and ended up with Ponchogarh-Tetulia.
Phase 1:
I started my Teknaf area (cox's bazar) journey with my family in the mid of December following through our country's most luxurious train  'Sonar Bangla Express'. Our journey started early 7PM in the morning and it took near about 5hours 30 minutes reaching chittagong. I had previously booked Chittagong porjatan corporation (hotel saikat) from Dhaka Porjotan office (hotel obokash, mohakhali) 15 days before the travel date. Anyway after arriving in Chttagong we directly went to Potenga beach which is considered as one of the popular spot in Chittagong. We stayed there near about 2 hours followed by lunch in the local restaurant though the food quality was not good enough to digest because on our way back to hotel from Patenga the younger kid started vomiting. We stayed there for 1 night. We had our dinner at the hotel. I would love to mention that the food quality of porjatan corporation was very good and we enjoyed a lot having some of their food items

The next day we started pur journey from Green line to cox's Bazar. The road journey to cox's bazar was very horrible because there was some engine problems in the Bus and for that reason the whole bus was all the time shaking. The people who suffered from motion sickness, suffered a lot during the journey including my wife and kids as they are comfortable with bus journey. Finally we reached at Cox's Bazar at 2.PM. We stayed at best western plus heritage hotel which i will be considering as one of the best hotel in Cox's Bazar and i am telling it from my experiences. The food quality was out of the world and room and customer service  were 5 star standard.
In cox's bazar we have visited different places like Himchori, jhau forest, laboni beach, kolatoli beach, merin drive etc
But 2 things excited me lot one was Patuatek beach which i am sure most of the tourists don't know this name and place yet. It was one our way to Teknaf and 2 hours journey from kolatoli.Though i have visited different places and beaches, i would say this was the best beach so far i had noticed.
Another was Sonadia Island. This name is not yet very known to many tourists i reckon. We had to go to 6 no fisheries ghat from kolatoli and there we hired a speed boat costing near about 2000TK up down. The speedboat journey was very good as my kids enjoyed a lot. Sonadia island is very famous from dried fish (Sea fish/shutki).
We also visited fish world which was the smallest version of underwater world, but it was quite good for the enjoyment of my kids though the ticket price was comparatively higher.
In thsi way we actually finished our tour and came back to Dhaka from Chittagong on air.

2nd Phase:
We visited panchagarh by the end of that month. We traveled there for social reason as i am the general secretary of one social organization, we had to visit there for distributing blanket among poor people. We planned to go there because the temperature on that region was generally lower than any other region.
The scheduled train was 2 hours late starting from Kamalapur railway station and blew it's final whistle exactly 10PM instead of 8PM for moving toward Panchagarh however we had a beautiful train journey. It took almost 14 hours to be there but we  must say the journey was thrilling in the midst of cold weather and group hanging out throughout the whole night. We were 5 in numbers for this mission and we hardly slept that night.
In Panchagrah we visited rock museum, rubber dam, some beautiful lake etc. The journey on the way to panchargarh to tetulia was very exciting. It took nearly 2 hours to go to Tetulia from Panchagarh. We used tuktuk to go there costing near about 800TK updown. Bangla 0 border was very closer to tetulia and we spent some quality time in the border. The interesting part we had noticed that the road we were passing through to Tetulia was under Bangladesh border but both the 2 sides (left-right) were under Indian border. We spent some time at Tetulia district Dakbanglo which all of our group members enjoyed because the whole guest house was located just beside the Indian border and a beautiful river Mohanonda River was passing beside that guest house that was also under Indian border. We distributed our winter cloths over there. On our way back to panchagarh from Tetulia we visited Kazi N Kazi Tea Estate and finally returned the hotel 'Agrodut Palace'.

The whole journey was very enjoyable. The food quality and the hotel costs were very cheap. The whole journey didn't cost a lot.
